Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge.
- Failure to arrive at your apartment will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge.
Early Arrival Policy
- Please note that an additional charged policy, which is THB 500 per room, is applied for quests who would like to check in before 2.00 p.m.
Late Checkout Policy
If you wish for a late checkout, our fees vary and late checkout will depend upon availability.
- For checkouts between 12 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., the fee is THB 500.
- For checkouts after 5.30 p.m., the fee is equivalent to one night.
Children and extra beds
- Infant 0-1 year(s) old stay for free if they use existing bedding. Note: if you need a cot, there may be an extra charge.
- Children 2-10 year(s) old stay for free if they use existing bedding.
- Guests over the age of 10 are considered as adults.
